Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular B2B sales calls and site visits to potential clients within the Kawit and Cavite area.
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting the best flooring products and materials that meet their specific needs and budget.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explanations to prospective business partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new business clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product lines and upcoming promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles within the construction or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with flooring products or construction materials is a distinct advantage.
