Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ingredient ordering
- Present and display bakery products attractively to maximize sales appeal
- Provide exceptional customer service, product recommendations, and order processing
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and cleanliness
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in bakery, food service, or retail environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods
