Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision to ensure an appealing presentation.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in restocking ingredients, packaging finished products, and managing inventory levels.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not strictly required.
- Passion for baking and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating ingredient measurements.
- Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
