- Lead, train, and mentor banquet staff to deliver exceptional service standards
- Plan, coordinate, and execute diverse events including weddings, conferences, and social functions
- Manage client relationships, contracts, and event specifications to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee budget management, inventory control, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
- Collaborate with F&B, sales, and maintenance departments for integrated service delivery
- Analyze event performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in banquet management with proven team leadership
- Strong knowledge of event planning, catering operations, and venue management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Food Hygiene certification preferred
- Experience with luxury hotel brands highly regarded
