Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail and beverage menus that align with current market trends and guest preferences.
- Supervise, train, and mentor bar staff to ensure exceptional guest interactions and team development.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
- Manage financial reporting, including cash handling, petty cash, and payroll processing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Bar Manager or supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end F&B establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits with the ability to provide expert recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proven track record in cost control and inventory management.
- Relevant hospitality certification (e.g., WSQ, WSET) is an advantage.
- Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office applications.
