Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the coffee station, dining area, and restrooms.
- Interact warmly with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B/Hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, recipes, and latte art is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and politely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
