Tanggung Jawab
- Brew high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to our established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers warmly, provide recommendations, and ensure an excellent customer service experience.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and maintaining the cash register.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace and equipment at all times.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure a complete menu offering.
- Upsell products and suggest menu items to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not strictly required.
