Tanggung Jawab
- Mix and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Prepare garnishes and ingredients for efficient drink preparation
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock of bar supplies, liquors, and garnishes
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patrons
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending or cocktail preparation experience preferred
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Clean and professional appearance
- Must be of legal drinking age
