Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and quality standards
- Interact with guests to take orders, make recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean bar areas, equipment, and inventory stock
- Develop seasonal cocktail specials and innovative drink presentations
- Verify customer age for alcohol service compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Valid alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
