In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on skincare routines, makeup application, and beauty products. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Provide personalized product consultations and skin analysis.
- Demonstrate and recommend skincare and cosmetic products effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets to drive store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or beauty sales is preferred.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
