- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations to mall customers
- Demonstrate product usage techniques and educate customers on skincare routines
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine presentation of the beauty counter and product displays
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends through continuous training
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive brand awareness and sales
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in beauty retail or skincare sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach
- Passion for beauty products and skincare knowledge
- Well-groomed with professional appearance
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management
