Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Review and reconcile invoices, credit memos, and payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing inquiries and customer disputes
- Prepare and submit regular billing reports for management review
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and billing software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
