Join Coherent as the Director of Corporate Security for Southeast Asia and lead our security strategy across dynamic markets. As the region's security SME, you'll advise leadership teams on physical security protocols, risk mitigation, and operational resilience. Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive security frameworks that protect our assets, personnel, and intellectual property while ensuring compliance with international standards.
This strategic leadership role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess security threats, design emergency response protocols, and foster a culture of safety. You'll oversee security audits, manage vendor relationships, and optimize security technologies to address evolving risks in Southeast Asia's complex landscape. Your expertise will directly impact business continuity and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

- Lead development and implementation of physical security strategies for Southeast Asia operations
- Advise senior leadership on security best practices and regulatory compliance
- Oversee risk assessments and mitigation planning for corporate assets
- Manage security operations budgets and vendor relationships
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and business continuity planning
- Conduct security audits and recommend system improvements
- Lead cross-functional security initiatives across regional sites
- Represent Coherent in industry security forums and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years corporate security experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in physical security systems and risk management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian security regulations and protocols
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification
- Experience managing security operations across multiple countries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages advantageous
