Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Present and demonstrate packaging solutions tailored to clients' specific needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on market demands and product improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of packaging industry is an advantage but not required
