Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver best-in-class customer service experiences
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, performance metrics, and client relationship building
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and brand storytelling
- Implement staff training programs to develop product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and retail best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in luxury retail management or boutique leadership role
- Proven track record in team development and performance management
- Expertise in visual merchandising and inventory control systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong analytical abilities for sales reporting and operational optimization
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
