- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution of branch sales targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors to maximize performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with proven track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Expertise in recruitment, training, and talent development
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics in Perak region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic adjustments
