In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable. You will manage the preparation of a wide variety of beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, and slushes, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. We offer a competitive salary package of $2,500 to $2,800 per month, complemented by attractive incentive bonuses for those who meet sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of bubble tea beverages according to strict recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and storage.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently.
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist in restocking inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with customers to promote new menu items and achieve daily sales targets for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the F&B or service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
