First Oceanic Property Management, Inc is seeking a dedicated and accountable Building Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and timely delivery of the Property’s 52-Week Engineering Calendar. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of our commercial and residential properties.
As a Building Engineer, you will act as the technical lead for the facility. You will oversee general building maintenance, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are functioning optimally. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the 52-Week Engineering Calendar, ensuring all preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of the building structure, common areas, and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance requests from tenants or management.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring accurate stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Document all maintenance activities and report findings to the Property Manager effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related field.
- Valid Technical Certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical) are a strong plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex building systems.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule or as required by property needs.
- Valid NBI clearance and clean driving record preferred.
