Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and qualify potential property buyers/sellers through targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market analysis to clients
- Facilitate negotiation and closing of property transactions
- Maintain accurate commission calculations and ensure timely payout processing
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Stay updated on local property market trends, regulations, and competitive listings
- Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and best practices
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; real estate certification preferred
- Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Chinese dialects beneficial)
- Valid Malaysian real estate agent license or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and property listing platforms
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong knowledge of Melaka property market and local neighborhoods
