Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repair services
- Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and manage facility budgets and operational plans
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
- Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Proficiency in CMMS software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid electrical/mechanical work permits (if applicable)
