ZROOOM PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Co-Living Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Bugis. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring a seamless living experience for our residents while maintaining high standards of property management.
As a Senior Executive, you will drive efficiency across all operational touchpoints. You will manage a diverse portfolio of tasks, from coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance contractors to resolving resident inquiries with empathy and speed. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can proactively identify areas for improvement to elevate our service delivery.

You will oversee onboarding processes, organize community events, and ensure that our facilities are always in pristine condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-living facility, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance vendors to ensure high standards of cleanliness and building upkeep.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
- Manage contractor schedules, budgets, and performance reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality results.
- Foster a strong community spirit by organizing resident events, onboarding sessions, and social activities.
- Conduct regular property inspections and safety audits to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, including lease renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations management, property management, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to conflict resolution and resident relations.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- A valid Singapore work pass and driver's license are preferred.
