Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance calls and tenant work requests to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Perform routine cleaning and servicing of electrical panels, generators, and life safety equipment to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and control building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal energy efficiency and environmental comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and stock levels of spare parts.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors to schedule specialist repairs and routine servicing.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a relevant technical certificate or diploma in Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Facilities Management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in building maintenance or facilities engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the shift schedule.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license and willingness to travel within the premises.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
