Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation to lease signing.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all terms are accurate and compliant.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure timely maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the value of our spaces.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property leasing, sales, or commercial real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
