AirTrunk is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the critical infrastructure of our data center facilities in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the contract management of all soft services, including cleaning, security, and catering, while rigorously managing fire maintenance protocols and ensuring full compliance with building fire systems.
Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and safety across our sites. You will lead a team of facility professionals, managing relationships with external vendors and contractors to deliver top-tier service levels. By implementing robust risk management strategies and keeping abreast of local regulatory requirements, you will ensure our facilities remain secure, compliant, and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end contract management for all soft services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Manage fire maintenance activities and ensure strict compliance with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Building Control Authority regulations.
- Lead the overall site operations strategy, including preventive maintenance and emergency response planning.
- Direct and mentor a team of facility supervisors and technical staff to drive performance and safety culture.
- Manage the annual budget for building services, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on data center or high-tech environments.
- Valid Singapore Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) certificate and Fire Safety Supervisor (FSS) qualification.
- Proven track record in managing soft services contracts and fire system compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of local safety regulations and environmental sustainability standards in Singapore.
