Ipason Technology Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development (BD) Specialist to lead our E-commerce growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of identifying high-value business opportunities and driving substantial sales growth across key online marketplaces and digital platforms. We are looking for a self-starter who can translate market insights into actionable strategies that expand our digital footprint.
Your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth market research to spot emerging trends, building strategic partnerships with online retailers, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our offerings resonate with target audiences. - Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies specifically tailored for the e-commerce sector to maximize revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market analysis.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to uncover new revenue streams.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key online marketplaces, retailers, and potential partners.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to persuade potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings and promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in Business Development, preferably within the E-commerce or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and digital sales channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a complex sales pipeline, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
