In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for securing strategic partnerships with property developers, integrating solar solutions into new landed home projects. Your expertise will help homeowners transition to clean energy while maximizing the value of their new properties. Furthermore, you will cultivate a robust network of referral partners who trust and recommend our services to their clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at property development firms to propose bundled solar packages.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property developers and referral partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the landed property sector.
- Present technical and financial benefits of solar energy to homeowners and developers.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional networks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or property sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel within Selangor and surrounding areas.
- Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy solutions is a plus.
