Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Present technical solutions and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and technical support teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of air compression technology, industrial machinery, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
