Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC and lift sectors through market research and client outreach
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and technical documentation aligned with client specifications
- Manage tender processes including bid preparation, submission, and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and decision-makers
- Track sales metrics and implement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in project sales, preferably in HVAC or lift industries
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Proficiency in preparing technical quotations and managing tender processes
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and procurement cycles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating cross-functionally
