Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new hotel partners in the Kuantan and surrounding areas.
- Conduct market research to understand local hospitality trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and onboard new properties onto the OYO platform.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and set targets.
- Represent OYO at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel extensively within Pahang.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
