- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Cagayan de Oro region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual prospects

- Conduct product presentations and needs-based consultations for life, health, and investment solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex products
