Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Proven track record in insurance or financial services sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with client experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid PRC license (if applicable for insurance roles)
