Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business leads within the freight forwarding and logistics sectors.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade, shipping terms, and customs regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
