We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager, Strategic Accounts to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. You will develop comprehensive business development plans, identify high-value strategic clients, and lead telemarketing and bidding efforts to secure new contracts. - Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Cebu market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Lead telemarketing campaigns and direct outreach initiatives to generate leads.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids and proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the transport and logistics industry.
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
