Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies for the Visayas region (Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod)
- Identify and cultivate new corporate partnerships and distribution channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Design and implement training programs for sales teams
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in BDM/sales roles, insurance industry background essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Visayas market
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship abilities
- In-depth knowledge of local business landscape and regulatory requirements
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
