Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients within target market segments to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos with the Sales Representatives and prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign execution.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets set by management.
  • Analyze prospect data to tailor communication strategies and improve conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone voice.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is highly preferred.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp new industries and product offerings.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
