Freshtel Internet is expanding its digital footprint across Johor, and we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Site Acquisition Manager to spearhead our infrastructure growth. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our network expansion strategy, identifying high-potential locations and managing the end-to-end acquisition process. You will work closely with engineering and sales teams to ensure that every new site aligns perfectly with our operational requirements and business goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies to assess suitability for network infrastructure.
- Negotiate lease agreements and land rights with property owners to secure optimal locations.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to design site layouts and tower specifications.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and business cases to stakeholders.
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential sites to consistently meet sales targets.
- Ensure all acquired sites comply with local regulations and zoning laws.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of site acquisition from initial identification to final handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, telecommunications, or real estate development.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Familiarity with local zoning laws and land procurement processes in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and acquisition targets.
