You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying potential leads and conducting market analysis to negotiating contracts and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for IT products and services.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients to expand the customer base in the Jakarta region.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions that align with specific client requirements.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure new business.
- Participate in industry networking events, trade shows, and business development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT product sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of the IT software and services industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
