Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be the face of our cafe, responsible for ensuring our customers have a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. You will handle transactions, prepare beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. We offer on-the-job training for new hires, so no prior experience is necessary for this role.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at the counter.
- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions, including payments, credits, and change, with high accuracy.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including tables, counters, and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and checking stock levels.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure efficient service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
