- Oversee daily cafe operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and develop cafe team through training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Monitor financial performance through cost analysis, budget adherence, and sales optimization
- Implement health and safety protocols while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase brand visibility
- Collaborate with hotel departments to create integrated guest experiences and promotional events
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of cafe management experience in hospitality or food service industry
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of cafe operations including inventory control, cost management, and POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations
