- Oversee daily cafe operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and service staff through training and performance coaching

- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering, and cost control measures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of cafe/restaurant management experience
