StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cafe Service Crew Member to join our dynamic team in the heart of the Central Region. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.
We offer a competitive compensation package with a basic salary of up to $2,200, inclusive of overtime based on your experience. The work schedule is 5.5 days per week, totaling 44 hours, which includes weekends and public holidays. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere in the cafe, including dining areas and kitchen stations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist in stock-taking, inventory management, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a cafe, restaurant, or F&B service role is preferred.
- Strong passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of coffee making or food preparation is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Good communication skills in English.
