Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout interactions
- Manage cash drawer with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve concerns
- Maintain clean, organized checkout area and surrounding space
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and sales reports
- Support inventory management through stock checks
- Adhere to company security protocols for handling payments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic math skills and numerical accuracy
- Experience with POS systems or payment processing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
