Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area at all times.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including daily stock counts and supply ordering.
- Cash up the register at the end of each shift and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in operating POS software and basic computer applications.
