- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Encode inventory data and update product information in databases
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Balance daily transactions and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain organized checkout areas and sales floor presentation
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation tasks
- Handle customer returns and exchanges per company policy
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail or cashier experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
