- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely
- Maintain detailed records of sales and inventory in the system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing inquiries
- Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store management immediately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail operations preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
