In this role, you will act as the bridge between the company and its channel partners, driving sales growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to work remotely while also engaging in field visits to build trust and monitor performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Central Region.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct regular field visits, farm audits, and site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence of the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify growth areas.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Channel Sales or Account Management within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment (WFH) and travel frequently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
