Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new retail partners through strategic canvasing, cold calling, and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations to understand their needs and product requirements
  • Present and demonstrate IT products to retail partners, highlighting features and benefits
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with retail distributors
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product distribution
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in channel sales or retail distribution
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Familiarity with IT products and the technology industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
