Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door and public outreach to promote charitable causes and fundraising campaigns
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and awareness programs
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and volunteers
- Present compelling charity information and donation opportunities to potential supporters
- Track and report on campaign progress, engagement metrics, and fundraising results
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in marketing/social sciences preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Passion for charitable causes and commitment to social responsibility
- Resilience and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for mobility between locations)
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
