- Plan, develop, and execute menus featuring international and local cuisine aligned with restaurant brand
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff while maintaining high performance standards
- Manage inventory, food costs, and waste reduction initiatives
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu updates and cost optimization
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- 5+ years progressive experience in senior kitchen roles
- Proven expertise in international and Asian fusion cuisine
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
