Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Manage assigned kitchen station efficiently, ensuring optimal workflow during service hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
- Coordinate with team members for seamless kitchen operations and timely service
- Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock rotation, and minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials when required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
- Culinary certification from accredited institution or equivalent vocational training
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in team-based environments
- Singapore Work Permit eligibility (if applicable)
- Basic understanding of cost control and inventory management principles
